February 17, 2011

Solutions created by MillerWhite for four of its clients have won five awards in the Eighth Annual Service Industry Advertising Awards (SIAA) competition.

The awards are for corporate image, interactive and audio/video creative for clients in the health care, community foundation, and community and government service industries. “These awards recognize our accumulated knowledge and expertise in several service industry sectors,” said the firm’s co-owner, Brian Miller. “We are pleased to be able to deliver communications for our clients and be acknowledged by our peers for our innovative creative efforts.”

Gold awards went to the web site developed for West Central Conservancy District in Hendricks County and the 2009 annual report designed for the Wabash Valley Community Foundation. A silver award went to the Dr. Seuss television spot for the Terre Haute Children’s Museum. Merit awards went to an interactive baby name book for Union Hospital Maternity Services and a television spot for its Joint Replacement Center.

The SIAA award competition began in 2003 to recognize advertising excellence in the service industry. The nearly 2,000 entries from more than 400 firms in this year’s competition were reviewed by a national panel of judges for execution, creativity, quality, consumer appeal and overall breakthrough advertising content.
